Data received from ticketing partners
When you buy a ticket for a show promoted by Mundo Propício, the official ticketing provider may share your identification and contact details (name, email and phone) with us, only if you gave express consent for this at the time of purchase. We use this data exclusively to send you information about that show and future Mundo Propício shows. You have the same rights over this data as over data collected directly by us, including withdrawing consent at any time.

Google user data (YouTube API Services)
Social Music – Gestão Artística uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), and Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) applies to Google's handling of your data.
What we access. Only after the channel owner connects their channel through Google's consent screen, and only with read-only permissions (youtube.readonly and yt-analytics.readonly), we access: the channel's identifier, name and public statistics (subscribers, number of videos, total views); the list of the channel's videos with their public metadata and statistics; and aggregated YouTube Analytics reports for that channel (for example views, watch time and net subscribers by period). We do not access private messages, comments management, account settings, payment data or any other Google account data, and we never upload, edit or delete content.
How we use it. The data is used only to show the connected artist's channel performance inside the platform (artist profile, dashboards and career reports) to the artist and to the management team they work with. Reports may be generated with the help of AI service providers that act on our behalf solely to produce those reports; Google user data is not used to train AI or machine-learning models.
Sharing. We do not sell, rent or transfer Google user data to third parties, advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use it for advertising targeting. Data is only shared with service providers that host and process it on our behalf (hosting, database and report generation), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Protection. Access tokens are stored server-side only and are never exposed to the browser; data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, and access is restricted to authorised team members.
Retention and deletion. We keep the data while the channel remains connected. The channel owner can revoke access at any time in Google's security settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions) or by asking us; after revocation we stop collecting data and delete the stored Google user data within 30 days. Deletion requests can be sent to geral@mundopropicio.com.
Compliance. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. Mundo Propício's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your rights
You may access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data at any time, and request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, write to geral@mundopropicio.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority (CNPD) or, if you reside in Spain, with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
Data retention
Contact data is kept until you request its removal. Cookies: up to 12 months, with periodic renewal of consent.
